MRSE Previews Heald Cross Slide Control Conversion |

– Steve Mansur, VP/Sales & Marketing at MRSE, Inc., has
announced the release of their new cross slide control conversion for
Heald Model CF machines. The package includes a full remanufacture
of the customer supplied control unit along with upgrades that
include new “off the shelf” digi switches, LED indicator lights,
Rate 1 and Rate 2 potentiometers, selector switches, and a new photo
panel.

MRSE Releases New Control Platform |
MRSE, Inc. has announced the release of their new Allen Bradley ControlLogix grinder control platform developed to convert both CNC and non-CNC grinding machines to fully functional machines with Integrated Digital Servo Systems and custom PLC controllers.
The system is designed and manufactured to replicate, as close as possible, the Cincinnati Milacron 700G/750G series operating systems while adding new capabilities that far surpass those of the older controls. The system includes: - Digital servos with high precision absolute encoders to increase machine performance
- Color touch screen CRT for ease of operator interface
- Easy editing of part programs
- Faster execution of part programs
- Internal part program storage for up to 100 programs
- Custom macro cycles
- Ability to add additional axes
- Ability to integrate into plant wide systems
- Off-the-shelf Replacement Parts available worldwide
- Improved diagnostic displays
MRSE, Inc. can retrofit this control “in the field” or incorporate it into the complete remanufacture of Heald grinding machines. |

MRSE, Inc. Announces New Dressing System |
MRSE, Inc. has announced the release of their new lift-up dressing system designed to be used as a replacement on the Heald CF internal grinding machines. The dresser is designed to provide superior performance for dressing conventional grinding wheels or CBN.
The unit is made with a cast iron body to provide stiffness to the system. It can be adapted to fit all Heald CF machines. It also has a precision keyed nose piece to allow the use of single point diamonds, hydraulic spindles, or diamond rolls. |

Al Hesselton Electronics has merged with Massachusetts Rebuild, Service & Export, Inc. (MRSE) to become the largest stocking supplier of PC Circuit Boards for Heald grinders and Cincinnati Milacron grinder PC Circuit Boards in the United States. This includes the Acramatic 700G and 750G series of CNC controls. With the addition of Al Hesselton, MRSE rounds out its team of professionals. Al brings with him 33 of experience precision testing and repair of Cincinnati Milacron and PC Circuit Boards and associated electronics. |
