An MRSE remanufacture is state-of-the-art and completely integrated and designed specifically for your CNC precision grinder. In-house design engineers, journeyman machinists, master builders and electronics technicians all blend their talents to create total performance for your remanufactured CNC grinding systems. Every component and all the materials that MRSE uses meets or exceeds OEM specifications.
MRSE’s remanufacture begins with dismantling your used CNC grinder down to the machine tool's base. Next we thoroughly clean and inspect the grinding machine, measuring all components and logging the data. To restore alignment, positioning surfaces are cut flat and parallel; hardened surfaces are ground while maintaining low surface temps. All non-hardened sliding surfaces are hand scraped for correct distribution of load-bearing contact points.
Once the grinding machine is operational, MRSE uses it's laser calibration system to measure and fine tune repeatability, loss motion and straightness to OEM specs or better. MRSE tests each remanufactured grinding machine in conditions replicating your operating conditions as close as possible.
MRSE can restore your existing used equipment to better-than-new condition with a precision remanufacture, rebuild, or retrofit. For you convenience, MRSE has large inventory of replacement parts housed at our local facility in West Brookfield, Massachusetts.

MRSE Previews Heald Cross Slide Control Conversion |

– Steve Mansur, VP/Sales & Marketing at MRSE, Inc., has
announced the release of their new cross slide control conversion for
Heald Model CF machines. The package includes a full remanufacture
of the customer supplied control unit along with upgrades that
include new “off the shelf” digi switches, LED indicator lights,
Rate 1 and Rate 2 potentiometers, selector switches, and a new photo
panel.
